The Fermentation process adds more probiotics which metabolize the lactose in milk and combines with its other nutrients to create the above health-supporting compounds.

Enzymes are needed to make life happen. If we are void of enzymes in our food diet thru heat denatured enzyme or the proteins are denatured our bodies …. This is why we cold press our pet food to retain the live enzyme status. All enzymes need cofactors which are typically mineral components, so it is important we source our fruits, vegetable, and sprouted grains from healthy soils.

The types of enzymes we currently test for fall under three categories. Protease enzymes which help break down proteins, lipase enzymes which help assimilate lipids (fat), and amylase which helps convert starch to energy the cells can use.
